RFP – Turnkey Indoor LED Wall Installation at Austin Facility

A venue in Austin, Texas is seeking a turnkey partner to provide a permanent LED video wall installation for its main presentation area. The display will be used daily for meetings, performances, and community events and must deliver high reliability and consistent image quality.

The project includes final system design, structural engineering for the mounting solution, supply of LED cabinets and processors, on-site installation, and commissioning. The integrator will be responsible for power and signal distribution, control system configuration, and training of facility staff.

Vendors should highlight previous permanent installations of similar size and complexity, provide sample photos or references, and outline warranty, maintenance, and optional service plans. Preference will be given to teams that can support future expansion or additional displays within the same venue.
